About Us

Carla Gibson of Gibson Wellness Center is on a healing path and is excited to share her discoveries with others.

Carla homeschools her children and is a volunteer coordinator for several natural foods buying clubs. She is an active member of several local organizations including Mothers & More and Unity Church of Crystal Lake.

Carla has been practicing Bio-Energetic Synchronization Technique since March 2006 and studying its various applications for the past four years. Carla is also passionate about nutrition and natural childbirth.

Prior to learning BEST, Carla studied prepared childbirth methods as well as other energetic techniques like Emotional Freedom Technique and Reiki. Carla has studied nutrition and traditional diets.

Carla Gibson and John Wetterholt opened Gibson Wellness Center after embarking on their own amazing journey of transformation and healing. In 2004, Carla and her husband John became part of the "Sandwhich Generation"; caring for young children as well as John's father who had been diagnosed with lung cancer. Since John was an only child, all of the arrangements fell to their family and Carla quickly found that while the nutrition and holistic principals she had been learning for the past few years were a big help, something more was needed to help John handle the stress of his new role. John began sessions with a B.E.S.T. Practioner and immediately, John and Carla could see the benefits. Carla began enjoying B.E.S.T. shortly afterward and was amazed that chronic conditions including hypo-glcemia and depression became non-existent or easier to handle.

Carla and John began to go deeper into the concepts of holistic healing and the power of Bio-Energetic Synchronization Technique. They began attending events with Morter Health Systems and in 2006, Carla and John decided they wanted to learn this work to be able to share healing with othes. After much learning and personal growth, Carla and John decided to open Gibson Wellness Center.
